Customer Reviews
Confidentially it's great!
The 3rd book in the L.A. Quartet of novels and it's a doozy. I'm glad I read the book before watching the film. I'm not speaking of the Ebook but book in general. It's a great read for those who are fans of crime noir novels.
Awful
Dreadful, more like a first draft than a finished novel.
Great book, sloppy editing
Large chunks of text are repeated over and over, as if the book were edited by Nicholson's character from The Shining. Apparently no one bothered to read through this before they started peddling it to customers.
