Les femmes sont actives dans les taches pastorales en Eglise catholique, mais les structures decisionelles masculines traditionelles de l'Eglise continuent sans consulter ou integrer des femmes. La structure hierarchique concentre le pouvoir en haut, isolant tout ce qui vient en particulier des femmes. L'auteure se demand s'il est possible d'implanter une gestion differente de la facon d'administrer l'Eglise. Women are active in all areas of work within the Catholique Church, but the traditional masculine structures continue without consulting or integrating women. A hierachical structure concentrates power at the top, marginalizing all initiatives of women. The author asks if it isn't possible to create a new style of management within the Church's administration.
