Lacock v. 4Bs Restaurants

Appellant, Larry R. Lacock (Lacock) appeals from the jury verdict of the Fourth Judicial District Court, Missoula County, concluding - Page 19 that negligence on the part of defendant, 4Bs Restaurant (4Bs), was not the proximate cause of Lacocks damages. We reverse.
