Publisher Description
How can fairy godmother Fenella bring about Diana's happily ever after when she ruined her chance of love years ago?
Diana is forced to choose between two suitors when her new stepmother forces her out of the only home she's ever known.
But while she likes both of the gentlemen, neither of them sets her heart ablaze as did her childhood playmate and first love, Simon Moore.
Maneuvered into a position at a house party where she will need to make her preference known, the choice is made even more difficult because Simon has been invited to the same party.
Fenella, hoping to help Diana make up her mind, transforms her into a housemaid so she can snoop through her suitors' belongings, with the hope she will be able to make a choice when she is changed back.
But then Fenella disappears, and Diana begins to think she might have to remain a housemaid forever.
Will her old love, Simon, be able to help her? And even if she is restored, will she make the right choice of suitor?
If you love regency, romance and magic, Lady Diana's Disguise is written just for you.

A Fun Story
Diana’s Fairy Godmother (apprentice), Fenella, magically helps disguise herself as a housemaid so she could watch her suitors in order to choose the one to marry. Fenella then left for what was meant to be a short trip to do a good deed with her brother, but she was gone longer than expected. In her absence, things got a little out of hand. Diana learned a lot, and not just about her suitors.
This is a slightly chaotic second chance love story and another of Fenella’s adventures as an apprentice Fairy Godmother. The story is interesting. There is some angst and uncertainty, but there is also abundance of humor. The characters include a mean stepmother, a couple of dodgy suitors, a crotchety housekeeper, a sweet maid named Maisie, and Doctor Simon Moore (he’s the second chance). Lachlan, Fenella’s mentor, drops in to help with Diana’s disguise. You won’t believe it. Diana and Simon are a great couple, and Fenella will do her best to get them to their happily ever after. Good Read.
