Good book but not really a mystery
This is a well written book. It is a family drama not a mystery story. It is a little too psychological for me.

This book was a lot of nonsense. It dragged and dragged about nothing of consequence. I kept skipping waiting for the romance and mystery. It’s all about how she was in love with cousin Daniel (gross), her family and how nasty she was to the doctor. Throw in the maid’s racism of the doctor and I stepped and skilled and still not where you learn anything about the actual book description. I give up. 🤦♀️
