Laird Palmer v. Enserch Corporation and Enserch Exploration

This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of appellees Enserch Corporation and Enserch Exploration, Inc., both defendants below, whereby the trial court ordered that appellant Laird Palmer take nothing in his suit against either corporation. We will reverse the judgment and remand the cause to the trial court for further proceedings.
