Lane Community College Conceptual Vision Document

This is a conceptual vision document for Lane Community College, located in Oregon. This LANE Board of Education, unanimously adopted vision, is a case study of development that uses their existing portfolio of land to create an alternative revenue stream. Integrating an array of campus housing types and other support services and building typologies with a coordinated facilities master plan has been a proven way to create a vibrant, active, educational settings that can help create a milieu of collaboration and community.
