Lasagna Tortellini
I bought this book with the idea of making some lasagna for my boyfriend, but ended up making everything else but the lasagna! Try the Tortellini with Pink Sauce or the Ravioli with Mushrooms, Red Chicory and Speck. I changed a few ingredients (couldn’t find porcini so I used other mushrooms), but it was still awesome.
