Another Hit!
Only Jessica Clare and Jen Frederick could write a story where a hand model falls in love with a mercenary in the Amazon rainforest and not only make it work but have their readers begging for more. In this latest release of the Hitman series, Rafe and Ava are both trying to save someone they care about. However, they must first survive and escape the danger that surrounds them. Rafe was such an interesting character. He is willing to do just about anything to save and protect Ava. Yet at the same time, he believes he is cursed with the ability to only hurt women. He usually stays as far away from them as possible. But he cannot deny the longing and want he feels for Ava. It was interesting to read a story where the hero is the one with body issues and it's the heroine who is determined to break through and change the misconceptions. Ava sets out to destroy the insecurities that plague him. As a result, Rafe grows more confident. He starts to believe that maybe he doesn't have to live such a lonely life and can actually keep the woman he craves. Though there were some heartbreaking moments in this books, there were just as many equally beautiful, tender, and passionate moments. I'm eagerly looking forward to the next one in the series.

I don’t understand the different price? Why is it higher than the others?
It was good
I like this book but there's something missing in this story! I can't pinpoint it :/ and there were some things in the story that threw me off! overall I like Mendoza and Ava ❤️
