Laster v. State

The plaintiff in error, Johnnie Laster (hereinafter defendant) was convicted on one count each of first-degree murder, attempted murder and one count each in two separate cases of armed robbery. In Cases G-9938 and G-9939, defendant was charged with attempted murder and armed robbery of Donald Edward Schultz on or about September 17, 1969. Trial was had to a jury. He was sentenced to consecutive terms of twenty-five years and fifteen years, respectively. Post-conviction motions were denied.
