Lauretta Laughnan v. John D. Griffiths

Four separate actions instituted against the defendants Tester H. Lea, Aetna Casualty and Surety Co. (Leas Insurance carrier hereinafter referred to as Aetna), and others to recover damages arising out of a collision between two automobiles which occurred on Wisconsin State Highway 30 in Waukesha county on January 25, 1952. One of such vehicles was a 1942 Cadillac automobile operated in an easterly direction by Dale C. Smith, while the other was a car owned and driven by Carl Laughnan. Smith was killed and Laughnan and three passengers in his car were injured. Laughnan and such injured passengers are the plaintiffs in these actions.
