Laurie Apolaro and Michael Apolaro v. Ginger Falcon and Eduardo Falcon

Laurie and Michael Apolaro, defendants below, appeal an order refusing to set aside a default. The principal question presented is whether the Apolaros counsel delayed too long in seeking relief from the default, so as to justify denial of the motion.
