Excellent book
I really enjoyed this book. It's very well written and easy to follow. While reading it I discovered that I am actually already applying many of the situational leadership techniques it describes. Now I know what else to do in order to become a more well rounded manager.
Awesome book!
I have read two books re: Situational Leadership from Ken Blanchard and they are great. The book does a great job of teaching concepts in realistic settings. Can’t wait to pick up the next one!
