A Must read for any Leader!
“Leadership is About People” is a powerful read. As an entrepreneur, I’m forever making intricate plans involving customers, staff, and suppliers. I have a library full of Project Management books that detail how to organize work. This book is different.
Andrew and Duane drive home how to organize work around your people to get the best out of them and to maximize everyone’s success and happiness.
I really like the personal stories from their aerospace careers and especially like how they helped their staff on their own time to learn leadership and communication skills.
I wish that every leader I’ve ever worked for had this passion for their people. Great book from two impressive leaders.
