Leadership

The leadership of a person who manages an organization or governs a country is in my opinion a concept (notably, with other elements which are conjuncture, the team which works with the leader, etc.) that can conduct to success or failure. In leadership, different components compose this leadership, notably, the behavior, the skills, the personality (charism, etc.).
Also, leadership is related to management (organization) and governance (States and Governments). But, depending on the body, the leadership is different we can't lead a company the same way as a government. Leadership, in my opinion, is the capacity of a person to conduct a body (public as a government or private as a company). A good leader can lead to success...
