Lean In is a book written by American author Sheryl Sandberg, which talks about a subject that most of us are familiar with – women’s rights.

This stems from the author’s strong belief that if women truly want to be equal to men, they need to be able to succeed in all aspects of life, especially in their careers. Lean In also speaks about happiness, and says that it is very important for both women and men.
Written in a unique manner in order to show “how a woman thinks,” Lean In is an interesting read that provides a new perspective. It is not unique because it talks about women’s rights, but rather because of how it explains that women, just like men, have the same right to success and have the same right to reach their own happiness and fulfillment.
