The purpose of this book is to present in great detail a completely fresh approach leading towards a viable solution regrading the gun-control vs gun-rights issue.

The book’s approach suggests immediate action, does NOT expect any new legislation, and results in no delays to make the world a safer place.

The opening segment is biographical. The remaining two parts thread my memoir with assorted social issues.
