Learn Chess

This work makes good use of the iPad by integrating text with video examples. However, the author makes several mistakes describing the basics of chess, including at least two errors in his review questions. Fix the errors and it might be a good primer for someone who has never seen a chessboard (that appears to be the target audience.) With the errors, you're bound to make someone feel dumb when they play their first game and try to explain (incorrectly) the rules of 'castling.'

This book was confusing on every level, from the layout to the content.. Maybe it's iBooks Author or maybe it's the book's design, but navigating the book was challenging and the content seemed very very light on detail and substance.
