Accessible, relatable and FUN

As an Indian-American that was resistant to learning Hindi as a child, I found this book accessible and relatable, and yes — FUN. I have seen books that simply teach Hindi letters and alphabet, but lack the interactive element of writing the script. I also enjoy the original artwork created by the author’s children. I look forward to sharing this book with my daughter and giving myself a refresher course.

Fall in love with learning!

This book is a no-brainer purchase. Amazed at the author’s ability to combine eye catching colors that will immediately draw you in, invites the reader to easily master the brilliantly numbered script and then there’s the kid friendly illustrations that will make it all stick! In short the munchkins will love to read and write at the same time w/o even realizing :-)
Reawakened my desire to be multilingual :) Hope the author pens similar books in other languages….

Creative!

What better way to teach your child a new language than through the expressions of another child? In this case two !! The author combines artistic innocence with basic vocabulary and the result is a fun learning aid for the kids. The book is simple, easy to understand and remember and refreshingly innovative. My kids loved the art work and the tracing feature along with the easily identifiable examples. As an Indian residing abroad, getting them interested in learning Hindi has not been without challenges, but now it is fun!
