Lydia's a bit annoyed by the Christmas gift Phil got her. Riding lessons.
She hasn't been on a horse in over twenty years and hasn't particularly had the desire.
But it's such a thoughtful gesture, if misguided, she dutifully heads to the barn to get back in the saddle.
Her instructor, Ellen, turns out to be delightful and Lydia rediscovers a joy in riding she didn't know she'd lost.
Oh and there's the matter of the stable owner.
