Legend Has It

I see only darkness.

Black clouds swamp my mind. Shadows waver on the moonlit walls. The storm outside's deafening. My vision clears. My mind doesn't. I've no memory.

Who am I? Where am I? What am I doing here?

Worse is to come.

The room's trashed. A body lies nearby. The desk plaque says Sam Silver, writer. Is that me? Or them?

Static rises. A voice surfaces. Maybe real. Maybe in my head. They call themselves Meridian. The fine line between sanity and madness.

Six stories lie before me. Six stories to read. Only one chance to guess which one's true, or all hell'll break loose. Only a writer, or reader, can provide the answers.
