Leon Duckett v. Wayne County Sheriff's

Order By order of November 11, 1993, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decisions in Gardner v Van Buren Public Schools (Docket No. 95531), Boyle v Detroit Bd of Education (Docket No. 95532) and Bach v Flint Bd of Education (Docket No. 95536). On order of the Court, the decisions in those cases having been issued on April 19, 1994, 445 Mich 23 (1994), the application is again considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Workers' Compensation Appellate Commission for reconsideration in light of Gardner, (supra) .
