disappointed
took a chance ordering this book as i am always looking for new vegetarain recipes...what i ended up with was basically a family scrap book (e.g. here's another photo of us...this time from the 1970's) and some very uninspired recipes and ALOT of pages devoted to just basic info that anyone would know if they have been cooking primarily veg for awhile...BOTTOM LINE is Save your $$ because there are so many better options out there for vegetarian cookbooks...
