Hard Pass
I don’t know how old this author is, but Blume is seriously giving “boomer” vibes. She clearly hates children, encouraging bringing back violent language and the violence it describea toward children. She’s fatphobic. I think the most annoying part is the book could have been drastically shorter, because about half the words and phrases are still commonly used. This book just felt like a huge waste of time, honestly. It’s basically a weird dictionary.
