Perfect Thanksgiving Tutorial

Really, everything you need to know to host Thanksgiving. I am following this guide line for line, and while I hope I won't need to use their Thanksgiving 911--I'm certainly glad its there….

Very informative and valuable tips!

The cooking tips are great and always good to have in the same book you're cooking from. The recipes look amazing! I have made the Apple & Squash Soup and it was DELICIOUS!!! The recipe called for Fried Sage Leaves and that was the perfect finish for an awesome soup. The ingredients can be bought at any grocery store, so there's no need to drive all over town looking for them.

Thank you Hearst books for putting together this awesome collection of recipes, tips and ideas.
