A law student writes to an unborn congresswoman offering a legislative proposal to protect the rights of unborn babies. 

"Let's legally connect abortion rights for women to masturbation rights for men. Let's allow or ban at the same time abortion for women and masturbation for men. A baby before being a baby was a fetus; and a fetus before being a fetus was sperm. Let's make it illegal to kill babies, fetuses or sperm."
