Publisher Description

This is a true story of coming to manhood and finding redemption through Jesus Christ.  Entertainingly funny, tragic, and frighteningly real, the narrative progresses from innocence through anger and rebellion to surrender and redemption. The author’s personal testimony is consistently overshadowed by God’s awesome grace. The message is clear; “God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through Him”.

“The pages of this book are filled with insights about life, relationships, and God’s transforming grace. The potency of these insights is increased by the fact that David is living what he writes.”

John Lindell

Lead Pastor, James River Church

“This book is about rebellion, loss, and recovery. It’s about God being faithful when we are not. It’s about the great joy of discovering that, no matter what we’ve done or where we’ve been, when we feel worthless and are viewed as worthless by others around us, we are immensely valuable to God.”

Dr. Susan Caringer Langston
