Great book to read. Easy to understand the key points of EI and their usefulness.
Straight Forward
This book is great! Not only does it tell you how to have emotional intelligence, this book shows you the embarrassing scenes from someone who doesn't have emotional intelligence characteristics,especially in the work place. Lastly, this book explains clearly what emotional intelligence looks like in everyday situations, how to obtain it and vice versa... Good Luck!!

Insightful and Concise
I found the book to be very insightful. I have been trying to find a crisp and concise version of EI with great examples of leadership and I found a great book with Level UP!
