He meets Brantlee Henson the county accountant who has given them some invoices she found that were sketchy. Along with the racketeering they’ve uncovered an embezzlement case and thanks to her they now have more evidence. Brantlee and Lex have a chemistry when they are together, being a divorced mom of a 4 year old and in an abusive relationship it makes her leery to get close but she really likes Lex! Enter her nasty ex and watch things get interesting!

Great romance. I like the way you tied them all together. Domestic violence was handled well. Nice ending to the series. Now you can use the three boys and the next child in a series—maybe.
