I for one was dreading this volume because I knew the ending....
I have to say I indeed got choked up, I realized how much I love Peter and Sydney. Their story is amazing.
I love the twists that kept coming. Just when you think you know, keep reading and know.... You don't really know.

I have been struggling with writing this review. I want to be totally honest but not give away too much. First let me say if you haven't read the Life Before Damaged series you need to. This is the final installment of the series and culmination of of how Peter became the man we see in the oh her Ferro series. The book also shows us what amazingly strong and loving people Gina and Sydney are and how they shaped the Peter we all love. It's very emotional, lots of tissues needed. It is elegantly written with a few surprises along the way. Please take the time to read this amazing series.

This is a must read! Pete gets answers, weight lifted. I was afraid to start this last segment, so afraid of what I'd read, but bless you Holly you made it "all" all right, love you for that! This was the end of a beginning and a beginning to an end?
