Why not govern ideas, and let those govern the human.
In fact each and every form of life lives in accordance with some idea. For all except humans, those ideas are nothing but the untwisted reflection of the needs and desires of living its life. For humans, one's need at any moment, more than a need for living ones life, is a need structured to suit an idea that needs to be kept alive. Whether through parents and others, while on play, work or worship, or for the moment or for lifelong, a constant stream of ideas flow. And, at any instant and for everyone, there will be a reigning idea that dictate the next step. In fact one's most prized attribute, say individuality or personality, is nothing but the aggregate of ideas that comes to occupy that slot. Hence, our life will be best, when ideas rule us.
How can we make it happen? What do we need to do? And what to forgo?
