Mayor Elena Marshall has to not only deal with a betrayal from her husband, but also a verbose stalker, who endangers not only her life but the life of her best friend, Isaiah Dix. Starr Haskell is also the victim of a stalker, but is finally forced to admit it to her husband and brothers.

Dr. Raina Markum tries to look out for her family and does everything in her power to keep it together, especially when she has to take care of her son, Fire chief Logan Markum, who is shot several times as he defends a friend and her grandsons, who are suffering from brain effects from a bullet that started their life early.

Logan's heart confusion causes him to reevaluate his life and he discovers something that his heart has always told him. What does he decide when the adventures start with what's in his heart and soul?
