Great!

I'm a bit of a health nut and so I pick up tons of book on eating well, and I quite like reading about different types of diets as well as try new recipes. This book is geared towards the protein-rich diet, or foodies who want to gain more muscle. What I really like about this book is that it doesn't just give you a list of recipes and call itself a book--no, it goes into types of proteins, protein sources, and what best to do if you what to gain muscle. There are also some simple recipes in here to get you started, which you can also modify if you'd like. They are detailed, easy to follow, and even break the cost down to how much it costs per serving. I think it'd be even better if there were more recipes, but this book has given me enough to get started. Definitely recommend this!

Useful overview

I am new to lifting and wanted to make sure I was eating properly to optimize my results. This is a quick read, covers a lot of basic but important information, and is neither overly technical nor too superficial. Definitely worth reading if you're overwhelmed by all the information out there.

Great book!

This book is exactly what I've been looking for! I'm in a fitness "competition" with my dad and brother to see who can have the best transformation in two months. I'm already pretty lean, so I really want to focus on building muscle which has always been hard for me. I love that this book is specifically for that--it's a great guide with a lot of useful information, but really gets straight to the point. It focuses a lot on protein and the best foods to eat. Overall, a really helpful book.
