Lily is six years old, and she HATES going to bed at night.

But big sister Sophie and big brother Jack are determined to help. 

An adventure for all 3 of them, with Alfie their dog, takes them to an unexpected place in the garden, where they find an unusual world of friendly and beautiful ANTS, who give them all some brilliant ideas that make Lily feel much happier.
