Listener Wake

Twelve years after the fracture, Raven's Hollow is still collecting children.
Aia Jackson is twenty-four and six hundred miles away, managing the frequency she's carried since she was twelve with gloves, routine, and a black key she's never been able to explain. Lena Sterling is a school counselor watching a nine-year-old boy named Mo'Ellery Calder exist slightly ahead of the world around him — the same way she once watched Aia. And somewhere in the Somewhere and Somewhen, a woman in a red windbreaker is still humming.
The wake left by the fracture runs through objects, people, and time simultaneously. Three people carry different pieces of the same signal. None of them know yet what they're part of.
Listener Wake is the second book in The Tracing series — a generational horror about what gets left behind, what stays exactly where it was, and what happens when the before and the after finally find each other.
