What a beautiful book and really just what the doctor ordered. I'm what you might call a "worrier". It seems like everyday I find something new to worry about! Sound familiar? I've read a few books on the subject (of how to stop worrying) and this is now at the top of the list. Yogananda offers really practical tips on "living fearlessly" as well as great inspiration to keep at it, for the little effort we make really has a big payoff - a happier, more contented life where we can experience the joy of living without worry! Beautiful. Highly recommended for all worriers (soon to be ex-worriers) like me!
