Manni hanni ,

What? Great book!

Why the bad reviews? This book is perfect for new vegans like myself. This book is guiding me on how to be a vegan safely and it's very educational and brought many things into perspective. Like calcium is better acquired from leafy greens than milk. Cows get their calcium from veggies not from their own milk lol. And daily has protein in it which inhibits the adsorption of calcium so the dairy industry is pulling a fast one on us. I love this book!
