Publisher Description
Entrepreneur Jesse Itzler chronicles his month of living and extreme fitness training with a Navy SEAL in the New York Times and #1 LA Times bestseller Living With a Seal, now with two bonus chapters.
Entrepreneur Jesse Itzler will try almost anything. His life is about being bold and risky. So when Jesse felt himself drifting on autopilot, he hired a rather unconventional trainer to live with him for a month-an accomplished Navy SEAL widely considered to be "the toughest man on the planet"!
Living With a Seal is like a buddy movie if it starred the Fresh Prince of Bel- Air. . .and Rambo. Jesse is about as easy-going as you can get. SEAL is. . . not. Jesse and SEAL's escapades soon produce a great friendship, and Jesse gains much more than muscle. At turns hilarious and inspiring, Living With a Seal ultimately shows you the benefits of stepping out of your comfort zone.
APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
Turning your exercise routine—and the rest of your life—over to a Navy SEAL is not a decision for the fainthearted. But that’s what millionaire entrepreneur Jesse Itzler did after he decided he’d gotten too comfortable with his life. This offbeat, inspiring memoir focuses less on their specific regimen and more on the odd-couple rapport between easygoing Itzler and his brusque, unsmiling trainer. Not everyone could manage (or afford) such an extreme way to jump-start their motivation, but Itzler’s core message—that self-care efforts pay forward in remarkable ways—shines through the sweat and toil.

A must read
Ultra funny and easy to read. I loved this book!
Life Changing
Reading books is something I love to do. I read primarily leadership style of books. Many have impacted me in great ways. However, this book is truly life changing. I have laughed hard during many moments and cried in others.
As I approached the end of the book I was overwhelmed as I didn’t want the stories to end. I wanted them to continue, I wanted to know that SEAL was still there and Jesse was past his breaking point. I wanted to know there was still more to fight for…
Jesse/SEAL you may never see this review but THANK YOU! Thank you for taking the step many would never dare to. You have made a great difference through what may seem as only words on a page.
Utter crap
Totally implausible. The Seal is an infantile caricature of a special operator. The training is impossible. A self-aggrandizing fantasy.
