Loblolly, Loblolly, You’re So Tall
Fantabulous! This book is the perfect bedtime story to help calm kids down to sleep. This story about the loblolly pine trees is lyrical with the perfect balance of truth, magic, and whimsy while also instilling life lessons and promoting a sense of community. The illustrations by Dave Hill are remarkable, colorful, realistic, and magical. I highly recommend this book. Watch out Dr. Seuss - there’s a new cow on the block!
Beautiful tribute to Mother nature
What a beautifully illustrated tribute to one of Mother Nature's beauties. On a day when it's not feasible to be outside appreciating nature, reading this book is a close second. The fairies are a huge hit with my children!
