It was a great read. Lots of emotions and lots of spice.
Couldn’t finish
I am someone who absolutely has to finish a movie or a book because I want the happy ending tied up in a pretty little bow. This book was heavy with emotions and trauma and dark with sexual energy. Not a good feeling book. The writing wasn’t bad, but it had so much kink that i started skimming over it Around page 215. Like 3-5 pages of sex scenes at a time, sprinkled throughout the book is too much for me. The characters were so mentally messed up that their relationship was unhealthy and not one I was rooting for. Not secure or mature or loving really. Just codependency, chaos, trauma, and alcoholism. I wanted to get through it but the book was too long and too dark for me. Sorry just not my thing.
