Long Distance

After eight years away from the quiet harbor town of Bellmare, Dianne returns carrying exhaustion, loneliness, and a life that no longer feels like her own. The city she once chased for success slowly took pieces of herself she didn't realize she was losing.

Back in Bellmare, she unexpectedly reunites with Sammy — her quiet former best friend who never truly forgot her. What begins as small conversations in cafés, rainy walks by the harbor, and shared memories slowly becomes something deeper: a love that had quietly survived time, distance, and years of silence.

Alongside their warm circle of friends — Edgar, Jinny, Clara, and others — Sammy and Dianne rediscover the comfort of being understood without pretending to be someone else. As old feelings resurface and unfinished emotions finally find words, they begin to realize that home is not always a place. Sometimes, home is simply the person who makes your heart feel calm again.

Set in the peaceful fictional seaside town of Bellmare, Long Distance is a warm and emotional story about friendship, second chances, healing, and the quiet kind of love that stays — even after years apart.
