Publisher Description

1. Statutes , Statutory authority for Board to maintain action of injunction. The section of the Code authorizing the Board of Railroad Commissioners to sue for enforcement of the act must be construed with the section previously enacted providing that the actions to enforce the boards regulations should be brought by the Attorney General in the name of the state, and, being a later enactment, modifies the statute so that the board could maintain the action to enjoin the motor carrier from operating motor vehicles over the state highways until the motor carrier complied with the provisions of the Motor Carriers Act.
