Great new insights.

I’ve been reading health and diet books for years and this one is loaded with the latest info. I’m pleased to learn that I’ve been doing so many things right starting way back in the 70’s. I’ve struggled with my weight for years and finally about 7 years ago I was able to stabilize it at my median BMI point. I’ve done an Ironman Triathlon, run a marathon and have been an avid weight lifter since my teens. With the advent of wearable technology I will now be able to train in zone 2 and remain there. You never know everything, and this wonderful book added so much knowledge that I will utilize going forward. What a wonderful surprise it was to find out that my triglyceride to HDL ratio was a little bit better than the authors. This book simplifies the art of healthspan and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Don’t waste your money

Nothing new here, just very general information for people who have never exercised and know nothing about health and longevity. Much of it is just complete nonsense
