Looking for Laura
I have read this author several times in the past and always enjoyed her books. When I started this one it didn’t click with me right away, but I don’t like to give up on a book I’ve started. Sooooo I kept reading. The characters finally caught my attention along with the situation that brought them together. There’s a have to marriage between two very different people, the death of the husband six years later, a revelation of an affair, a mystery to solve that brings the husband’s best friend and the widow together,(they don’t like each other). It’s funny, sad, and I enjoyed the book very much.
