When you are on top of the world there are those that want to be like you and others who want to tear you down. Welcome to the world of Damien and Nikki Stark. Ms. Kenner keeps the thrill alive with this latest book giving the readers more of a glimpse into the fabulous life of the Starks but all is not as it seems. The writing flows as if there is a gray cloud shrouding the Stark family and who knows what will transpire. There is a lot to be grateful for with Nikki moving her company into a new facility but at what cost? Damien has told Nikki that he would no longer keep secrets but is that really the truth? If you have not read the Stark series then you want to grab it and begin immediately as this is not a standalone; you will be very glad you did.

I could read about these two forever! Ms. Kenner does such a great job of taking these two that have so much passion and heat and give them a life after their happily ever after. Not everyone rides into the sunset. Marriage is hard and there are many things that a couple have to go through. I love that we get to experience this with Nikki and Damien. This couple continues to burn up the pages and yet their love is growing more mature and more solid. I love that they have to work at their marriage like everyone else. This book brings together a lot of different players in the Stark universe which was awesome to see them all interact. I could read books in this world for a long time to come, so keep writing them! Love it!
