This book has made instant improvements in my nonverbal awareness of others and myself. The enhanced version is worth the few extra dollars. The videos really help make points stick and allow you to recall these points as you apply them to real life.
I love how the author provides examples of effective and non effective nonverbals that he has seen throughout his life. I was recently at a conference and coincidently read the section on sending effective non verbals to a group speaker. The next day I applied his advise while listening to the morning presenter. After her speech to our large group, the presenter came up to me and commented that for some reason I was the person she noticed in the audience. It was amazing, how this book can take you to the next level.
