Publisher Description

Jordan Cross and Conor Byrne shared one magical New Year’s Eve in NYC... and then he disappeared.

Eight years later, Jordan still hasn’t been able to forget her Irishman. When her long time boyfriend proposes, Jordan realizes she should have broken it off long ago. Is she destined to land the wrong guy—or find real love? She knows the answer lies halfway around the world, in Dublin. If she can just find Conor, she can put their unfinished business to bed.

Conor was only supposed to run the family pub and care for the family, until his father got well. By now, he’s resigned himself to the role and abandoned his own dreams. Seeing Jordan walk into his pub is both amazing and terrifying—because although the passion they feel still burns bright, their worlds don’t work together.

Committing to each other will mean hurting someone else, but they'll have to risk it all to find a love that’s real.

All the feels for this sigh worthy romance!

Jordan and Conor meet in New York on New Year's Eve. Their time together is magical and intense. Conor leaves to return to Ireland, promising to return. Eight years later, Jordan's best friend is marrying the man of her dreams and Jordan realizes she needs to find her own happiness. Thus begins a month long trip to Dublin to find Conor.

Oh my goodness! There is so much that i loved about this book! The characters are well written and come to life on the pages. Jordan is a smart, sexy and confident woman. Conor is loyal and family oriented. The combination is like fireworks.

This book made me laugh. it made me cry and it made me sigh. Goodness, did it make me sigh. These two characters have such an amazing bond. Their second chance for a happy ever after has a few rocky points but they get through them.

The relationship between Jordan and Conor is sweet, sometimes steamy and always real. I simply cannot say enough about their chemistry.

The setting was sigh worthy on its own. I have been to Northern Ireland but never to Dublin. It reminded me so much a a dear friend that I lost before Thanksgiving last year. Kimberly would have loved this book! She would have reminisced about her Dublin trip which meant so much to her. She would have devoured this romance and bugged me daily until I read it. Her voice was constantly in my head as I was reading.

I think I have found a new favorite author. If this book is any indication, I will love anything else she writes.

Well done, Moni. Well done!

The author very kindly offered me a copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

All the love for this contemporary romance!

Thank you @moniboyce for the ARC of this book. All opinions are my own.

“Yes, I knew their were differences in our skin color, but when I looked at you, all I saw was a beautiful, intelligent woman, that I liked and wanted to get to know better.”

I can’t begin to tell you how much I adored this contemporary romance. Not only were the characters fantastic and the storyline absolutely captivating, but the setting was a dream. Especially so during this time when travel is limited.

Jordan and Connor met one magical New Year’s Eve and had an instant connection. Problem is she lives in New York and he resides in Ireland. While attending a friend’s wedding, Jordan has an epiphany about love and sets off on a month long vacation to hopefully snag herself an Irishman.

Goodness, I was hooked from the very first chapter of this book. I love these characters!! Jordan and Connor share such fantastic chemistry together. Their actions and feelings felt incredibly realistic and honest. They shared moments that were tender and utterly sweet paired nicely with many steamy frolics. It was the perfect second chance at love story.

The Dublin setting couldn’t have been better. I loved the pub, the locals and the tours that Connor took Jordan on. I looked up every single place they visited together. The Trinity College Library took my breath away. Needless to say, Ireland is high on my bucket list now. The slang and confusion over the dialect added to the humor of the story. I loved learning some new terms and appreciated the glossary at the end of the book.

Also included is a playlist that I’m anxious to listen to. Love when authors do that!! I know I will forever think of these characters every time I hear the song Fields of Gold.

I lost my good friend, Kimberly, back in November. I couldn’t help but think about her while reading this story. She raved constantly about her trip to Ireland. I know she would have loved this story just as much as I did. I miss discovering books with her so much.

My only complaint was that this book wasn’t longer. I truly didn’t want it to end and I definitely wouldn’t mind seeing these side characters get their own story!
