Sweet short story
Love Heals by Lorraine Bartlett
Being single on Valentine’s Day can be very lonely. This is exactly how Diana felt. She just recently broken up with her boyfriend because she didn’t feel they wanted the same thing from a relationship. Diana, a nurse, had witnessed what true love between two people really looked like. This is the type of love she longed for and she knew the person she wanted to share it with. But did he see her the same way?
This is a very sweet short story about loneliness, friendship, loss, and love. It is a quick read, I read it in one sitting, but it is still a well developed story. I could certainly relate to Diana have spent a few Valentine’s Days alone in my life.
I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quick read, people who enjoy love stories, and anyone that has felt lonely and dealt with the loss of a partner.
