Twenty-three-year-old Anna is mesmerized when she meets thirty-one-year-old Edmund, a medical student attending a university in Budapest, Hungary. While Anna sees nothing wrong with her relationship with Edmund, her parents and others are critical of her dating a black man from Kenya.
