Fun!
So much fun! The four elderly women, self-named the Shippers, were hilarious and so much fun to get to know. This book was a whirling ride of antics and intrigue. With a bit of mystery, a heaping helping of humorous situations, stubborn victims of love and some even more stubborn matchmakers, I enjoyed every moment, from the first step on board to the final disembarkment.
Jon and Lacey were a hero and heroine to root for (and they had four enthusiastic Shippers doing just that in the most unconventional of ways) and I loved the growth that Lacey in particular accumulated over the course of the story.
With shenanigans, laughs and twists that I did not see coming, Love Overboard kept me fully engaged and thoroughly entertained. I loved it! The author did an excellent job with this one and I look forward to more by her in the future!
